What happens at the After Prom Grand Finale event?
How do I get an invitation to the After Prom Grand Finale event?
If your school is participating, all you have to do is attend your school’s after-prom party and stay until the end. If your name is drawn at the end of the after-prom party, you will become a Qualifier and be automatically invited to the After Prom Grand Finale on Sunday, June 7th, in Roanoke.
If your school is having an after-prom party but isn’t participating in the After Prom Grand Finale, talk to your principal or someone from the after-prom committee about it and tell them to check out this website. It’s free for schools to participate!
What do I do if my name is called at my after-prom party?
If your name is called at the end of your after-prom party, your APGF School Representative will give you a Qualifier Participation Form. You must return the Signature Page portion of your Qualifier Participation Form to your Representative according to their instructions. Copies will not be accepted. The Qualifier Participation Form is a legal document, so you will need to read it thoroughly. If you are 18, you won’t need a parent or guardian to co-sign the Signature Page.
The After Prom Grand Finale starts at 3:00pm sharp on Sunday, June 7th in Roanoke. You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early so you will have time to find your school’s registration table and be in line by 3:00. The quicker everyone gets through registration, the quicker someone wins a car!
