Which schools are invited to participate in the After Prom Grand Finale?
Participation in the After Prom Grand Finale (APGF) is FREE for schools. All they need is to:
be located in the APGF catchment area, which is located to the left of the black line on the map of Virginia (click here for a map of eligibility)
have an adult willing to be an APGF School Representative
hold an after-prom party
That’s it!
Please let us now if your school is in the catchment area (on the map) but we did not list it!
What does a School Representative do?
After Prom Grand Finale School Representatives are responsible for:
Registering their school for the After Prom Grand Finale
Attending the Representative Meeting
Promoting the event at their school
Drawing the names of 6 Qualifiers at the end of their after-prom party
Submitting those names to the APGF Coordinator
Mailing all Qualifier Participation Form Signature Pages
Following up with Qualifies to make sure they will attend the event

How do I register my school?
The Representative Meeting will take place Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 2:00pm-3:30pm at Southview United Methodist Church in Roanoke. The address is 3539 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke, VA 24019.
When and where is the Representative Meeting?
The 2020 Grand Prize Car is a Green Apple 2020 Hyundai Venue SE!
The Venue is a brand new model from Hyundai and we are grateful to First Team Auto in Roanoke for this donation!

What is the Grand Prize car this year?
Will we be able to have the Grand Prize car visit our school this year?
Yes! The car will be delivered to every school this year. Once Early Registration closes, we will notify all the Representatives.
